Frequently Asked Questions
Are payments refundable?
All payments are non-refundable. Training spots are extremely limited, and each seat is reserved specifically for you. Once your deposit is made, it cannot be refunded for any reason.
Can I reschedule my class?
Yes. You may reschedule one time to a future available training date if needed. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit to hold your seat.
What happens if I miss a day of training?
If you miss a day, you’ll need to make it up during the next scheduled course to receive your certification. Each day builds upon the last, so attendance is key to your success.
Do I need a license to enroll?
In Idaho, a cosmetology or esthetics license is not required to take lash training. If you live in another state, please check your state board’s regulations before enrolling.
How long is the training?
The certification includes two weeks of online theory followed by three in-person training days in Boise, Idaho. You’ll receive a detailed schedule and login information after enrolling.
Is there a payment plan option?
Yes. You can reserve your seat with a $500 deposit and pay the remaining balance before class begins. Flexible payment plans are available through Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm, and in-house payment plans are available upon request.
How big are the classes?
Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure every student receives individual attention and hands-on mentorship throughout the training.
What kind of kit is included?
Every student receives a professional kit stocked with premium tools, adhesives, trays, tweezers, and disposables — everything needed to begin practicing and taking clients immediately after certification.
Will I receive support after training?
Yes. You’ll have lifetime access to mentorship and guidance after training. Whether you need help refining a technique, improving retention, or building your clientele, you’ll always have support from Tameless Lash Artistry.
Will I be guaranteed results after completing the course?
No course can guarantee specific results — true success depends on your commitment, practice, and consistency after training. What we guarantee is that you’ll receive the highest standard of lash education, mentorship, and the knowledge required to build a successful lash career if you put in the work.
What if I’m traveling from out of state?
Many students travel for training! The studio is located at 6901 W Emerald St, Boise, ID 83704, just 15 minutes from the Boise Airport. We’re happy to recommend nearby hotels and restaurants once you’re enrolled.
