POLICIES
-
We must hold a card on file for an appointment to be secured. This card can be charged in the event you violate our cancellation policy.
-
All appointments should be scheduled online unless pre-booked with the artist at the closing of service. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled, it must be canceled through our online booking system at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
-
All appointment arrivals should wait in the front lobby until greeted and taken back to the treatment room. Please do not enter the treatment room without invitation.
-
All guests should arrive with clean lashes. It’s recommended that lashes are cleansed prior to treatment. This ensures that all oils, debris and makeup have been washed away and aids in extension retention. All products are provided at Tameless Lash Artistry prior to service. If guests choose not to cleanse their lashes, it may negatively impact their service quality.
-
Regular touch-ups are booked before the three-week mark (up to 20 days after the last appointment) with at least 45% of the extensions remaining.
-
Extended touch-ups are booked within the third week. (21-27 days after the last appointment) with at least 35% of the extensions remaining.
-
Any appointment scheduled at four weeks or more is full set. (28 days or more)
-
Any appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the original scheduled appointment will result in a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service. If habitual late cancelling/rescheduling shall occur (more than twice), all future scheduled appointments must be paid for at the time of booking.
-
Same day cancellations & "No Show" appointments will result in a fee of 100% of the scheduled service. This must be paid prior to scheduling any future services. If a guest is more than 15 minutes late for their appointment, they will be marked as a "no show” and subject to the same fees.
-
All children must remain in the lobby and must be accompanied by an adult. All other guests must remain in the lobby while treatment is in progress.
-
Cell phone usage (i.e., texting, snapping, recording, talking on the phone etc.) isn't permitted during treatment & poses a safety risk. It’s requested that all phones be put on silent and put away unless being used to listen to personal audio with headphones.
